Solved: Lost files

HI,

I had some files from 2019 on my folders, but when i restarted the free Education subscription i lost one of this folders with a lot of files, that i coundn't find anywhere. Could someone help me? I realy need these files as soon as possible.

The files were save using your Educational Autodesk ID. If you are using the same Autodesk ID (exactly) when you log into Fusion 360 or A360, they should be there. I will emphasis it again, your Autodesk ID must be the same you used to create the original files.

The original file, was created by a friend that shared the files with me, but he doesn't have this files anymore. How can i get them again?
