Lost all projects

Anonymous
Not applicable

I recently purchased a new subscription to Fusion 360 after testing out the one month trial version.

However, I have lost all of my previous projects developed under the trial version.

I used one email for the trial version and a different email for purchase.

I have tried using the chat for help but that was an underwhelming experience to say the least.

How can I get these project files back and how can I save projects to my local computer so my projects are not lost in the "Fusion 360 Cloud" in the future.

Thanks

@Anonymous By using 2 different email IDs I believe you created 2 different accounts and that means the projects from one will not show in the other. Rest assured that in the old accounts the projects are. still there. You can follow this article to transfer your projects . Pleaser reach out if you have any questions.

Thanks for your reply.

I tried logging in with my password used during the trial previously and again just now, but there are no projects there.

I've logged in using both emails and nether email shows any of my previous projects.

@Anonymous Do. you mind sending your old email ID (that you used for your trial) as a PM? Also, in that account in the data panel, can you go to the upper. left and see if there is a drop down to switch to a different hub and you see your projects in there?

Please try to log in to accounts.autodesk360.com and try to see if your projects are here. Please use the email ID that you used for the trial.

I tried logging in under the email I used for the trial and clicked on the
"data" box in the upper left corner and did not see any drop down to switch
to a different hub nor any previous projects.

The email I used for my trial is jlemke900@gmail.com

Thanks

@Anonymous Thanks for the email ID.

Can you look at the right above the Data filed to see if there is a dropdown there?

OK. Just to make sure we are on the same page.
I start the Fusion 360 software and then login using the email from my
trial account. Is this correct?

I did that, and in the "data panel" of the left side of the screen, there
is what looks like a button near the top labeled "data". Above that is a
drop down that shows to items:
Teams you are a member of
Single-user storage

Is this what you are referring to? If so, I clicked on both the items
above and do not see any of my projects from the trial account.

Let me know if I am missing something or if I need to do something
different.
Thanks

@Anonymous NO. What you mentioned is exactly what I wanted you to check.

Can you go to https://accounts.autodesk360.com and use the account for that trial and see if the projects are in here? Does it at least list the project name?

When I type in "https://accounts.autodesk360.com" I get a server error
message.
When I click on the link embedded in your email, I get the following page:
