Lost access to file (Failed to download file, Forbidden)

So I just realized there is at least one file missing from my fusion 360 cloud.

Only way to see it is by clicking "My Editable Documents" where it's shown. Trying to open it results in "Failed to download file. Forbidden: ...".

Expanding the version details show a few more bits like that it's "Stored in Admin Project" which I cannot see either. Clicking the "View Details on Web" button results in a blank page. Last updated was 7/19/22 but the name of account who edited it is empty. Trying to edit it results in "no read access".

I only have one account and seemingly only a single team hub, I only ever created one team hub. Unless I somehow had a personal storage hub earlier? Any help would be greatly appreciated, not a great feeling losing access to files without backup.

The video will show where you will find your Admin Project.  Maybe you will be able to work from there.

Thanks for your help but no, the Admin Project is not there (or in my archived projects).

Any other ideas? Would hate to have lost the file(s). 😞

I saw someone else posting their own thread of missing "Admin project", he said it happened when his subscription ran out but I never had a subscription unless it was a free trial somehow?

Really starting to panic now. 😞 Is there an official support channel where I can go to get help with this?

Found the other thread with missing "Admin Project", not sure if its related to my problem though.

It's me again, 6 months later and still looking for a solution to this. Judging by other similar threads it kind of seems like the folder "Admin Project" was an auto created folder during the trial period of fusion 360 and then when the trial ended and my account turned into "personal" I lost access to this folder and the files in there. Could this be it? How do I get them back?

Below is a picture of how it looks when I see the file in my "editable documents". I have only a single account, and all my files (including the one I cant access) are in the same team "WCR".

Appreciate any help. ❤️
