Lost access to file (Failed to download file, Forbidden)

So I just realized there is at least one file missing from my fusion 360 cloud.
Only way to see it is by clicking "My Editable Documents" where it's shown. Trying to open it results in "Failed to download file. Forbidden: ...".
Expanding the version details show a few more bits like that it's "Stored in Admin Project" which I cannot see either. Clicking the "View Details on Web" button results in a blank page. Last updated was 7/19/22 but the name of account who edited it is empty. Trying to edit it results in "no read access".
I only have one account and seemingly only a single team hub, I only ever created one team hub. Unless I somehow had a personal storage hub earlier? Any help would be greatly appreciated, not a great feeling losing access to files without backup.
