Looping Login Process

Logging in on desktop via windows 10 causes the program to flash an "Unsupported Browsers" page for a fraction of a second and then return me to the login screen.

 

I have: 

-Updated Chrome

-Set a rule allowing fusion 360 trough my fire wall

-Attempted to log in via "https://login.autodesk360.com" on both Google Chrome and Microsoft edge

(Met w/ message "Hub is being configured Please wait...") page refreshes routinely and loads indefinitely

-Reset my password

 

I can't find a solution on the forum, the help bot, and the phone number.

 

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

@michaelknappca I am asking out backend team to look at what could be happening with your account. I will update here as soon as I know more.

@michaelknappca Can you close Fusion 360 and start up again to see if you can login now?

Same issue, I ended the program in task manager and tried to log in but got the same result.  I tried again, then restarted my pc and tried a third time, same result.

@michaelknappca Can you please try logging into https://login.autodesk360.com and see if the hub message goes away? If you are able to login successfully, now can you login to Fusion?

@tastycandy13 Can you please try logging into https://login.autodesk360.com and tell us what message it gives you? Do you get an email was sent to you message? If so can you check for your email and accept a URL in that email? 

If none of the above works, pelase direct message me your email ID.
