Looking for some advice - Empty toolpath?

Hope you guys are well. I seem to be getting an issue with an empty toolpath? For some detail, milling and was trying adaptive clearing with a 1/16" flat end. I am assuming it could have something to do with the tool not fitting and therefore not generating? I don't see why it wouldn't fit however.

I believe it would be wise to attach your actual model so the Forum users can work with it directly.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

This model cannot be fully machined with a 2.5 axis machine.  I used a 2D Adaptive Tool Path with a .0625 diameter round nose tool.  I cannot seem to get rid of the interference of the tool with the stock on the deep cuts.  I recommend you post this on the Fusion 360 Manufacturing forum where all the machining users hang out.  Model, such as it is, is attached.
