I am running:

Windows 11

AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT 12-Core Processor 4.4ghz

64gb ram 3600 OC

RTX 3090

NVME Drive for programs

Internet is 250MB Down / 35MB up

since the last update i have reinstalled the program multiple times. Previous versions from click to launch where less that 20 seconds loading time but since last update it takes upwards of five minutes from launch to the editing screen.

Nothing system wise has changed just the app update. After update the program would not launch. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times and still having launching issues.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this.

This is a case where Fusion's diagnostic log files should show the activity in question.

Can you please gather your diagnostic logs (from Help > Support and Diagnostics) and email to me at phil dot eichmiller at autodesk dot com? It will help if you first try to reproduce the issue, and then after it starts immediately gather logs. This will help pin point the events in the logs.

In the latest log files, for build 2.0.15299, the startup time for you was about 20 seconds.

Is the long load time experience now gone with this week's update?

Can you check the job manager dialog for uploads that might be in progress? (the job manager is the small clock icon on the top bar of the application)
