I moved your message because it had nothing to do with the other post. What you are describing is a login problem on Big Sur.

Login can be affected by things like VPN on/off, and if you use more than one Autodesk ID, or if you've changed your email address recently.

Can you please show an image of the error message you are seeing when you fail to login? That's the right place to start with your problem.
