Logging in sends me back to the login screen

I followed along with the install of fusion360 for personal use license.  Once I finished setting up everything, made my personal team, and logged in I was sent back to the login screen.  I can continue attempting logins but I get sent back to the login screen everytime without any messages popping up.

I am attempting to run Fusion360 on a Win10 laptop.  Whenever I login I can say the displayed name change from "Autodesk Fusion 360" to "Autodesk Fusion 360 (Personal - Not For Commercial use)" and I get displayed a blank screen.  After being on that screen for a bit I get sent back to the login screen.

At first I received the unsupported web browser screen instead of the blank white screen (default browser is Firefox) until I followed this thread which seemed to be encountering the same problem: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/logging-in-to-f360-desktop-returns-to-log-in-page/...  I followed the solution given at this thread which got the unsupported browser screen to go away and instead just see a blank white screen.

@imanzoniv @Does changing that to another default browser help?

Having your log files will also help. Please follow this link to get the log files.

Hello.

I have tried edge, firefox and chrome. Same result. Does not open the
desktop app. I can log in to Autodesk and see my files but I can't open the
program on my computer. The log files are attached to this mail.
Gmail does not let me share the full Fusion Log File. If you need a
particular folder let me know.

Thanks.

@imanzoniv Thank you for providing the logs.

Can you please do the following that should take care of the problem.

1. Go to add/remove programs - select Autodesk Fusion 360 - select change/modify
2. This will launch the Fusion service utility
3. In here run the repair Fusion 360
4. Restart your machine (not needed but would be good)
5. Start Fusion 360 and see if you are experiencing the same issue
6. If you are then please continue to do the below
7. Go to https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/tsarticles/ts/A785RG35hP8oUR96WrYkn.html

8. Download the Adsson installer from there and install
9. Make sure that Fusion is shut down and now launch Fusion 360 again

This SHOULD now take care of it if the previous repair did not. IF you continue to see this issue then at that point please add the latest log files to see what is the next level of block we are seeing.

Hello.

I did both procedures.  Tried to repair Fusion (It crashes, I have tried 3 times, same result).

I uninstalled Fusion and all Autodesk dependencies. Restarted the computer and then reinstalled Fusion. Same problem on login.

Finally, I stopped all fusion related processes and installed adsso. Then I executed Fusion and tried to log in. Same problem.

Here are the new logs after the above mentioned.

Thanks.

@imanzoniv Thank you for the new logs. We have certainly moved on from the previous point of failure. I am checking with the engineering team on the new logs. Will post back here shortly.

@imanzoniv If you go into add/remove programs do you see Autodesk Identity manager installed there? If so can you uninstall it? Now try the login workflow?

Do you have any other Autodesk products installed on this machine?

I don't have Identity Manager Installed. And I don't have any other Autodesk product installed, only Fusion360.

I have attached new Logs just in case.

@imanzoniv Can you please check to see if edge webview 2 is running in task manager? If it is running can you close that and now try to use Fusion 360?

@imanzoniv Our engineers took a look at the new logs and predict that this is likely a proxy error:

  • Check local proxy server value with following command: regkey “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings”
  • Remove the http:// from the proxy setting UI if it exists and click Save
  • After changing the ProxyServer, Delete idservices.db from below location:
  • %localappdata%\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db
  • Kill AdskIdentityManager.exe process
  • Launch fusion and login

Please let me know if this helps.

@abah1 Lets start with your log files. Also, is this the first time you are trying to login to Fusion?
