Local renderings not working, regularly.

Hi so as you can see from the attached image it appears my local renderings are working but when I click on them they are not available to me, Fusion support were no help last time, any ideas would be appreciated.

Not sure I understand the screenshot in conjunction with the description.
Do you mean that you click on one of the rendered image icons in the Render Gallery and then this error message appears?
Wat did the support person suggest?

Its showing the rendi=erings are complete across the bottom but when I
click they are empty, think it may be cause of an appearance I used.
