Loads partially then reverse to opening page and freezes

I have finally found a tutor for Fusion 360 who can tutor me in live time.  Now, however, when I open Fusion 360, it goes to 3/4 of graph board page; opens part of the tool bar; then, bounces back to the opening page with Fusion 360 written on it but only shows 1/4 of the letters. After this it freezes and must be shut down by using the task bar.

Can you please provide some screenshots and/or screen recording video. Those will help us to understand the issue better.

Also, can you please provide the system information e.g. OS, Graphics Card, RAM etc?
