In notifications I am getting the following message:

"You are on a version of Fusion 360 where live update is not working. Please follow article below to update to the latest version."

After re-installing program, I am getting same message. Please see attached diagnostic file.

I did the hotfix a while back when it notified me. Got that update. Now at 11186.

Update still not working as there have been a couple since I did the hotfix.

What now?  Keep doing the hotfix or wait for a permanent fix?

@marktreadwell5319 This seemed to be a cache issue where the notification is not going away. Can you try manually closing all the notifications and then restarting Fusion? This seems to have fixed it for a few customers that experienced this issue.

@Fueler We did not do any update for a while post 2.0.11186. We updated to 2.0.11405 yesterday. Restart Fusion to start the download and restart again once the download finishes to get to 11405. If you are still not seeing it your log files will help to see what is happening.

Manually closing the notifications and restarting Fusion cleared this issue
for version 2.0.11405.
Thank you for your help.
