Lines get cut as DXF when removing construction lines

Hello Autodesk Forum,

I am encountering a issue when saving a sketch as DXF.
When opening the Sketch DXF in Autodesk viewer it shows the construction lines showing the center point.
Upon removing the unwanted construction lines, save as DXF and reopening in Autodesk Viewer there is a cut on the short axis of the ellipse.

I am now looking for solutions to this issue as I want my design to be flawless.
Help is very appreciated on the matter!

In your second post, you preview picture DOES NOT look like what I get when opening either file in Autodesk DWG TrueView or in Fusion 360.  I do not see any issue.  Take a look at the Screencast.
