Watch the video, can someone explain to me what is happening here? I was able to do the same move on the other side, as you can see in the clip.

Just a head up to you, the link you give on how to share a Fusion 360 design, is not a good one to use because if the Forum poster is using a Personal Fusion 350 license, it is not possible for them to do.  It is best use the File, Export, Save, and Attach method, it works for all license types.

Green helper trace is Guide only, will not be sticky.

Turn off the grid.

Make line coincident to the point as next step.
