Licensing & Update Problem

Hello

PROBLEM 1:
- On March 15, 2020, I received "Your Fusion 360 startup application is approved for a 12-month term."
- But now, i'm seeing "Expired" when i open Fusion Desktop. It's only December -- license should be good for another 4 months.
- How to fix?

PROBLEM 2:
When i browse to https://manage.autodesk.com/cep, there are no products listed. Usually, i see a long list of products. Where are they?

PROBLEM 3:
- When i open Fusion 360 Desktop, it says i must update. But Update isn't available on the Job Status menu.
- Which download should i use? One of these?
https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/free-trial

Thanks!

The log file you attached says in numerous places that the application could not write to your Windows Registry and other necessary folders to accept the deployment package.  When you run the executable, you are right clicking on it an choosing "Run as Administrator".  Do you have sufficient rights using your Windows log-in?

If this is just an Update, you will not have access to the executable.  In this case you must make sure you are logged into Windows with sufficient rights.  I also would turn off UAC (User Access Control) and Anti-Virus during upgrade.  I do not have any suggestion to your first two items.  Are you sure you are using the correct Autodesk ID when you log into your Autodesk Account?

"Deployment package" -- does that mean the update?

Which executable? An installer? or the Fusion application?

if i run "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe" as non-admin, i get "You already have latest version installed." Maybe i need to run the app as admin to complete the install process.

I log in as non-admin. Been running Fusion this way for many months, no prob. Maybe that's why i'm not seeing updater in job status. (Are you asking me if i'm running as admin?)

i'm not trying to run fusion app as admin...

If you are installing or upgrading Fusion 360, the application must have the ability to write to the Windows Register as well as other file locations that a user, without administrator rights, will not have access to.  I do not want you to use the application using an Administrator account, I only know the person installing or updating Fusion 360 will have to have administrator rights.  I also misread your post, and did not realize it was an Update not an installation.  My second post noted this but even still, the user doing the upgrade must have administrator rights for the upgrade application to write and install files correctly.

i ran Fusion as Admin. Now i'm seeing this:

Now trying to run the installer as admin. Strangly, i didn't get "already have latest version" that i got when ran as non-admin.
