Latest update not allowing to export

We just updated fusion 360 3 hrs ago and now it wont allow to export the file to any format. We need a part converting into STL - when we try the 3d print set up it just crashes the software. I have tried to contact the company but its all US based and no contacts in the UK. Has anyone else suffered the same problem, and is this the usual poor performance when they send out updates. They need a fix to go back a level so people who need it can get it working again so there business doesn't stop dead!

Right click on body in browser and select Save As Mesh.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

@garyZY5MP  I just accepted the latest update and tested 3D Print and it works fine for me. Save as mesh also works fine so doesn't seem to be a problem with the latest version. Might be you have a corrupted instal, have you tried the service utility and the repair option. If that doesn't work then uninstall reinstall.
