I am looking into purchasing a laptop to run fusion 360. The laptop I am leaning towards in the Dell XPS 13. Specs are as follows:

Operating System: Windows 11 Home
Video Card: Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics
Hard Drive: 1 TB, M.2, PCIe NVMe, SSD
Will I be able to effectively run the software with this computer? Also can Fusion 360 be used offline?
