How can I change my language for that particular page back to English?

I've tried changing the settings, but on the settings page / account, it was already set to English. Not sure why is that page only in Korean. Would really appreciate if this gets resolved. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi @DPjc.20!
Thanks for including the screen-shots.  Based on the images, it looks like your web-browser is set to display in Korean.

Please check under chrome://settings/languages (if on Google Chrome) - it should look similar to the image below

You should be able to set whichever language you prefer.  Other browsers (Edge, Firefox, Safari) should have similar options to change the default browser language.

Please let me know what you find!

Hi Andy

I’ve tried to set English as my preferred language and relaunch chrome. However, the problem still persists. It is still in Korean. Also you mention about a image similar, but I could not see any image in the email. For other websites, it is still in English, not sure why it is in Korean that particular page, and unable to translate that page using google translate.

Thank you
Best Regards
Dorson

Hi Dorson,

Couple of additional questions:

  • Can you send me an image of your language settings in Chrome?
  • Does the issue persist if you login through a different browser?  (accessing https://login.autodesk360.com should take you to your default hub)
  • Is your operating system set for English or Korean?

Thanks Dorson - I will continue to check things on my end, but in most cases, this is a browser language setting.  I'll continue to look into this.

-Andy

Hi Andy,

Is there an email where I can reply to? As the replies were visible on the forum and there are screenshots. Would appreciate if it is not available to public(if it is).
Thank you

To post a follow-up / answer, we did identify an issue and workaround regarding language priority in the browser.

If you are using English (United Kingdom) as the primary browser-language (there may also be other variants) Fusion Team may display in the next-priority language in the browser (in this case Korean).

To workaround this issue, promote English to be the second priority language
