Keyboard shortcut for Animate's "back to storyboard beginning" button?

I've come to understand that pressing 'space' triggers the "play current storyboard" command. As far as I can tell, this is undocumented.

Is anyone aware of a keyboard shortcut to go back to the beginning? Or even better, step forward/backward in time by e.g. 1s?

(I'm aware that playing all the way to the end and pressing 'space' again will loop back to the beginning.)

Thanks for asking.

The only way I know to do this is to click the back to beginning button that should always sit in the middle of your screen, at the bottom, on the player control set.
