Shift keys on keyboard not operative, cannot pan/tilt when using Shift/scrollwheel/L Button to pan & Tilt in Sketch mode

Dell Keyboard (KB522) and Logitech M570 Trackball.

Shift key works in other software, all drivers up to date.

I am not sure what is going on with you keyboard, if it works with Windows, it should work with Fusion 360.  In the meantime, if you change your Pan, Zoom, Orbit shortcuts to "Inventor", you do not have to use the Shift key.

Orbit - F4

Pan - Middle Mouse Button

Scale - Middle Mouse Wheel

I am hoping your trackball can emulate these.

Just need to re teach muscle memory F4 not Shift.

I will also swap out the Hardware a bit at a time, just to see ......
