Look.. THINGS THAT ARE ELEMENTARY TO MY INCOME:
1) BE ABLE TO EXPORT A DXF - NOT HAVE TO SPEND 2 HOURS EDITING AND CHECKING EACH AND EVERY SINGLE EXPORTED ITEM when other programs have done this reliably for decades..
2) BROKEN FEATURES DELAYING A DESIGN REVIEW - Won't get into it here, but, many times elementary functionality have been changed/broken at a critical time.. Of course, as always it happens when there is a customer over the shoulder that I just told them it would likely take 30 mins to make the change.. Ends up taking HOURS and/or I have to export it to another platform. Luckily I have been able to recover but it still LOOKS really BAD. I eat these issues.. My pay suffers..
Do you all need to branch off another version of Fusion that is a HIGH RELIABILITY version whereby we get to have feedback BEFORE a big bug is rolled out? I would seriously pay DOUBLE for that.
I have been requested to go back to Solidworks.. My employer sees the Fusion inplementation as a failure and I can't deny it anymore.
I have to export EVERYTHING out and then move it to Solidworks and repair/set up possible hundreds of drawings and designs..
I guess thats it.. Thanks..
