Joints suddenly going corrupt and impossible to add new joints

Hi, I´d been working on a design and, suddenly when trying to add joints (adding parts to the model), the joints stopped working, and there was alerts that there were issues with resolving joints. This just came out of the blue, and model was fine until this. I am lost as to what caused this. Adding a simple part as a washer from the McMaster Carr library is impossible, and the washer refuses to "attach" to where I need it to be. Frustrating.

Hi,

Please share the file and name the parts and joints involved

File > export > save as f3d on local drive  > attach it to the next post

Hi Günther,

i´ve attached the model. I had to add some new parts in the base of the project to add the ports, but, for example if I go into the TVC600 component, and activate the subcomponent, "BLINDPORTS", and then take a M8 washer from McMaster - and try to join this to a flange on the front, it does not work - just gives me "Rigid 22" - Compute failed (Some positions cannot be resolved due to joint conflicts" and "Some positions can not be resolved due to joint conflicts"). And.. i cant really find any joint conflicts. I´ve seen this before when the models become more complex. It just seems something gets garbled up in the data.

I´ve added the file + attached screencast - https://autode.sk/2U0l2EO

Does not make sense as the new part has no joints, and the part I am trying to join to has no (conflicts).

I did not look at the assembly, but before all else - I would resolve the issues highlighted in the Timeline.

When I open the assembly am I going to find all sketches fully defined?  (A good foundation.)

Hi, most likely not, what "bugs" me on this occassion, was that the model was fine, and then suddenly, there were a lot of issues coming up with joints.

Hi,

Sorry, the time it takes to launch the design after a long download/upload is out of proportion for me.

Well, this is too big for volunteer free help, but I would start with Sketch1 in Base Bearing Case.
