Joints not working after cut and paste.

Hello,

short background - I'm very advanced Catia user, but in my second job I use Fusion360 due to the cost savings.
I will refer in my text to part/assemblies, but I know that this is not a case in Fusion360, because it uses "components". I just organise them like in other CAD software, due to simplification, ease of edit etc.

I have problems with assemblies. I normally do a part, then reorganize it into assembly/sub-assembly.
After some time, function to drag part into assembly stopped working (also Cut/Paste option is not working), so I started to copy and delete parts. This also stopped working correctly. Right now, when I copy assembly, and put it into sub-assembly joints are not working at all. They appear in the tree, but I can't select them, and they are not visible in design. Screenshots attached below (not working and not showing on 3D/right click also doesn't work).

I tried "Compute All", saving, restarting Fusion and PC, but nothing seems to work.
I can't share design on public forum, but I can share it to some administrator in message. Then we can continue solving this issue on the forum.

UPDATE:
When I hit "Play" button, then it took about 1h to roll full history, but joints now seems to be working.

UPDATE2:
"Solution" that I found myself doesn't work. When I edit any part, joints are hidding and they won't work.

Accepted solution

After a full weekend of searching inside all of the version of my component, I discovered that at some point I used "Delete" instead of "Remove".

I found this old thread:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-design-validate/what-is-the-difference-between-delete-and-...  and people there are also complaining about "Delete/Remove" difference.

Anyway, solution to not have any problems in Fusion306 is never use "Delete" function.
