Hi,

I'm trying to Join two parts of a furniture piece. Usually it works but in this case I have no idea why it won't select the center of a face that is part of a slot.

Hope the video will clarify better and thank for your answers

Please attach your model so the Forum users can troubleshoot your work.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

I am guessing, without the model, but I suspect the surface, you cannot find the origin on, is joined to the radii on both sides in some fashion.

I do not see any issue with placing this Joint.  Be sure to turn off any sketches that are on as they may be interfering with your selections.  Model is attached.

As you said I had to deactivate the sketches. In other models I had the same problem and I thought I was doing something wrong from the start.

Thanks for the prompt answer
