Joint Issue - Between two faces command missing from right click menu

While in the joint command "between two faces missing" is missing from the right click menu. In the included screencast I make three attempts with the right click menu and there is no option for between two faces.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Note: This part can be found in the Basic Training series under 06-Assemblies. I made a copy of the Piston - Inner to test out the between two faces command.

not missing, just moved.  It is now on the dialog:
