Join components without combining

I have created this design, where the base connects to this top portion. However, I want to keep the base component separate from the cube. Adding the fillets between them requires me to combine the two bodies together. Is there a way where I can create these types of fillets without combining these components?

You may be able to use a sweep feature to create the fake fillet on one of the components,  Hard to tell without seeing the model.

Is there a way to do it with T-spline body? I can send you the design file if you want

Maybe, but I am not the one to talk T-Splines, I do not mess much with meshes or forms.  I suggest you attach the model to your forum question so other forum users can take a look.  There is a wide array of talented users who frequent the forum that can probably help you.  Just state your issue and desire clearly with the model and you will probably get some help.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.
