Hi,

after an update I am unable to use Fusion 360 anymore. It says "Expired Subscription - Read Only" and it does what it says. The thing is I have a valid subscription.

See:

The Fusion is online, see:

I tried my friends account - works great on the same computer.

I tried log off, log in. Multiple restarts. Even the Autodesk Desktop App. Nothing helps.

What to do?

Thanks.

What happens after you restart Fusion 360? The screen shot shows a pending update is ready to install, so is the condition the same once restarted?

Did you try contacting support yet?

It auto updated itself without any change. Even the "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe" says I have latest version already.

I will try the support link.
