same for me. I am running latest WIN10Professional. Yesterday the same. I deinstalled fusion360 with the deinstall option. Additional I deleted the autodesk folder in appdata. A fresh download of the installer installed me a fresh fusion360. But the result is the same. Clicking the fusion360 in start menu leads to a spinning wheel for some seconds, thats it.

The licence is valid until August 21.

I switched off firewall and anti virus but I can not start fusion360. Is there any logfile where I can see the reason why it is not starting anymore?

strange...

I am searching for the logfiles. I can not find this one:

  1. Application Log Files (for issues launching or operating Fusion 360):
Windows:
C:\Users\<username>\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<AlphaNumeric Folder>\logs  ... (look for all *.log files)
C:\Users\<username<\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\logs ... (look for all *.log files - logs here when login is unsuccessful)

The folder Autodes Fusion 360 is not there! I am 100% shure I reinstalled it. My Computer is fulfilling the requirements. Last week I updated fusion 360 last time. I am working with it since August last year.

I tried a new installation for a brand new user at the same Windows machine. And it didd also not install the complete Package. The Folder "C:\Users\<username>\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\" is not created!

Ralf

Hi @Anonymous,

Please follow below steps.

  1. Check you have system requirements for Fusion 360
  2. Run a Automatic clean uninstall of Fusion 360.
  3. Temporarily disable your Antivirus software, Firewall or other 3rd party software
  4. Temporarily disable UAC on  Windows 10
  5. Right-click on Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe, choose Run as Administrator and see what happens.

If it fails to launch, send me that updated streamer log file.

@dsouzasujayUnfortunately it did not change anything. See attached the cleaner log file and the streamer log file.

When I started the installer everything looks nice. It is counting until 100% but than nothing. I tried to start is from start menu once. The same. Firewall is off, Antivirus is still off The UAC is lowest level.

Last week it was running on my PC, so I expect it is not related to my hardware. Or has fusion 360 now higher demand? I also did not install anything (might be Windows updated something in background).

Thanks for your help!

Ralf
