I teach at a high school in Kitchener Ontario. I have given two of my classes access and most have had no trouble. However I have 3 or 4 who get a sever error on their first attempt to get in. They can log in after selecting to join a team however they get this message " Error: Server encountered an unexpected error".
Any help would be greatly appreciated
