Issues found in fusion 360 opening!

When I opened fusion 360, it took so long and was not responding for a long time. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall the software. While uninstalling with automatic Fusion 360_cleaner tool, it says "the uninstalling is finished with some errors". I think the issue is the "Webservice\logs". I was not able to delete this file. I don't know why I can't delete this folder in my laptop. It is absolutely interfering with reinstalling of fusion 360. After reinstalling the fusion 360, I still have the same problems. How should I fix it?
