Issue with the browser not showing all the contents on the screen.

Is there a way we can expand the browser contents? It usually worked fine but suddenly it stopped showing all the contents and only shows the one currently being worked on. The scroll is limited to the small size and the expand option-click doesn't actually perform any task. Attaching the screenshot for reference.
