Issue with Student Login - Looping Between the Desktop App and a Web Browser

I have students who are unable to sign into Fusion 360 successfully.

When they open the desktop app, the app opens a web browser and prompts them to sign in there. They do. The web browser then tells them they've been signed out of the Desktop app.

The cycle repeats, and students cannot ever get signed in to access their work.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and how were you able to resolve it? I'm at a loss. Thanks!
