Can you attach one of the models that will not save as DWG.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Yes, you must be connected, in Fusion 360, with the internet.  If you look at the screen capture below, you will see the icon where I am on the internet.  If you are off the internet, the slider will be red.  Using your mouse, slide it to the online position.  If Fusion 360 sees the internet, it will turn to green like mine.  The file you attached is attached here in DWG format.

As it says, are you running a Proxy Server, or Security Software like a VPN service?  You can configure Fusion 360 to work with a Proxy Server using the Preferences dialog.  If you have VPN running, like I do, I would simply select "Trust Anyway" and move on.

You might want to take a look at this Forum post.  I also notice you are working to an Autodesk Representative on this post.  Follow his advise as I have nothing else to add.
