Issue with linking/ drawing Configuration Models

I am experiencing an issue where I have a configured file for storage racks that works great in the modeling environment, but doesn't seem to link correctly. I've attached the base file and screen shots of the issue below:

Of the 20 configurations 7 are not showing up correctly. In the assembly / linked model I am able to right click and select a previous version to get it to show up correctly, but I have to manually change that each time I update the model. It's possible I'm missing something here, but since over half the configurations work correctly I am lead to assume this is a bug.

I have tried restarting fusion, opening and closing, and resaving the files to no avail.

Bump. Anyone have any idea what is going on here or what I could be doing to get a better outcome here?

I opened your model, created quite a few drawings with different configurations but did not see any issues.  I especially looked at the one you indicated you mentioned gave you issues.  Have you used the Fusion 360 Utility to Repair your installation?

Hey John, thanks for looking into this. I haven't tried the Repair Utility yet but will try to run it this afternoon. Thanks for your help.
