Issue with Autodesk connect

Recently the desktop connect will not  load due to  the attached error any ideas, my network is fine and nothing has changed

Is this the first time you have installed desktop connector? What is the current desktop connector you have?
Did you try uninstalling and installing latest desktop connector?

Hi It has been working fine uptill about a week ago I presume its the app called DesktopConnector.Applications.Tray.exe if so  its V14.6.0.1242 

I will try an uninstall and reinstall to see what happens

Hi So reinstalled with the latest version and getting the same issues Version is 14.8.0.1381

SO disabled yper v then tryied the next step and get 

but autodesk connector  started after disabling hyper V, But i need hyper v as i need this for my work to run Docker containers in windows
