Issue Filleting/Combining Two Collinear Edges

Hello,
I am having an issue applying a fillet to two collinear edges. For some reason after creating a loft, a vertical line was added (Circled in yellow) which split the large horizontal edge around the part into addition edges. For some reason Fusion will not let me fillet these as one edge, which I could do with a similar set of edges to the left of the issue area. Fusion does not want to allow any radius greater than zero at the point where the two edges meet and this is stopping me from having a smooth fillet around the entire loft.
I have played with every setting in
1) For the loft to eliminate the extra edge and thus problem point
2) The fillet settings to allow a continuous fillet between the two lines.
How can I obtain a nice variable loft around the entire part? The last picture shows how the fillet looks with the issue.
