Issue combining Bodies from arrays and a seperate body

Hello everyone so im trying to currently export these bodies for 3D printing, and currently I was able to combine most of the separate parts however it seems that i cant combine these individual bodies for some reason. Those "Ribs' that you see, or those long running lines on the Roof were created from one body, that i made duplicated via the "array along path command" now Im trying to combine them all into one single body so i can export as a STL for 3d printing however everytime I try to combing them it doesn't include the array made bodies. How can I circumvent this so i can export the entire thing so i can print it? Thank you for your help

The underside (presuming) face of the rib must completely penetrate the face of the roof.  Not overlapping, no Combine.

Might help....

Ah! It worked! thank you so much! Do the bodies Always have to penetrate in order for them to join? Is there way to perhaps Extrude those parts to join rather than making them over lap? just asking incase I ever come across something needing precise measurements and cant risk loss of measurement due to the need to overlap

Extrude to object will work, until you pattern in such a way that the bases don't align, it's design dependant.
