Is the Early Adopter program being canceled?

My auto-renewal for the Early Adopter Ultimate license was never attempted by Digital River and now just got an email informing me that my subscription was canceled.  While polite, tech support did give a variety of reasons for what happened, ultimately saying that Early Adopters are being canceled and that I must re-subscribe using current offerings.  I liked the idea of having a locked in price of $300 from our 2016 agreement for sticking with Fusion360 in it's infancy, all the new offerings do not have this assurance and are more expensive.  Kind of feels we are being pushed out, "Thanks, don't need you anymore".  Is anyone having this problem?

Let me dig into this, as this is the first I've heard of that. I think you may have been given incorrect information.

I, too, have an Early Adopter license (for my shop), and my license is still very much valid.

Hi @flatsix66 ,

Sorry to hear about that! I can confirm that although Early Adopter is not for sale anymore, it is still available for those who renew their contracts. I can definitely help you out since this was just a renewal issue, and get you back on track.

Please send me an email at james.youmatz@autodesk.com and we can get the account back and working.
