Is single axis orbit keybind possible?

I'm trying to assign encoders on a macro pad to be able to orbit on single axes.  If I have 3 encoders, I'd like one to orbit around the X axis, the second around the Y axis, and the third around the Z axis.

The macropad is able to assign encoder "clicks" to keyboard taps.  Is there a way to assign a keybind so that, for example, pressing PgUp and PgDn would rotate around X 1 degree per keypress?

That functionality does not currently exist, but I will share this feedback with the team.
