iPad Fusion 360 crashing out after iOS 13.6.1

The A360 and Fusion360 apps are now unusable since the latest update.

The assemblies are displayed in a small window of the iPAD and any attempt to manipulate them results in the app bombing out.

Is this a known issue due to the Apple update?

Same here. Got a customer with multiple iPad Pro's. They cant use them for over a week now. They are very important for manufacturing.

Anything we can do to help fix this faster?

@Tarek_K  Maybe you can pin someone to this thread.

Hi @richard_griffin@tobias_wiesendanger@MVJInwatec, @Anonymous, @Rim21,

thank you for bringing our attention to this issue!

New versions of the following applications have been released yesterday and are available in the App Store:

  • A360 Mobile Application (v. 3.5.2)
  • Fusion 360 Mobile Application (v. 2.4.2)

Have you tried uploading the application and testing if the issue still occurs? Thank you in advance!

Hi @xhejtman,

thanks for the reply. Just to confirm, do you get this error for the latest version of the application?

Does it occur for specific files or just one single file?

Thanks in advance!

I’m on iPadOS 14.1 on the latest iPad Pro, and I’m getting the error FVLF-2048 even with the latest version of the app from the App Store. None of my models are opening. How can I fix this?

I have the same problem - new iPad running IOS 14.1 and the latest version of the Fusion360 app. Any design I try to open gets the same error.

Same Error message on iPad Pro 11 2020. Not a single file will open, not even the default ones by AutoDesk.
