Invitaiton Failed

Hello,
For some odd reason, I keep getting the "Invitation failed" message when I try to invite people to my project. The other odd thing is that while I can invite email addresses that aren't subscribed to Fusion 360, I'm not able to invite email addresses that have active Fusion 360 subscriptions.
I've checked questions that are similar to this but I haven't been able to find much.

i would really appreciate some help with this!

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

 

Can you send me a screenshot of what you are seeing (make sure to block out any sensitive information like email addresses). Also, can you please send me your diagnostic log files from the help menu?

Hi! Thanks for replying.

This is the result of me trying to invite an account that has a valid subscription.

And this is the result of me adding an email account that has no valid subscription.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the email server domain being used. In the first case it is a company domain and in the second it is an gmail.com domain, if this helps.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

No worries! I'll try to see what is going on. Can you please also go to the Help menu within Fusion 360 and select Diagnostic Log files. This will zip up the files, and can you post them in a reply thread?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Can you please email me (james.youmatz@autodesk.com) all the users that are failing? My curiosity is to see whether or not any users on your domain do not work. Can you please try multiple accounts on the domain and send me a list of ones that you have tried and ones that have failed?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Thank you! While we investigate why this failed - can you please instruct the user who had the invitation that failed to go to myhub.autodesk360.com and login and see if they can see the projects they have been invited to. Let me know what they see.

Hi James,

They cannot see the project that I'm attempting to invite them to. They only have to access to projects they own and the Demo project.

@Anonymous There is some issue with the User Account you had emailed James about and is fixed now. Can you please re-invite this User for the project?
