Inventor files do not open in Fusion 360 only in browser

I have been using Inventor 2017 for a few years and now I am moving to Fusion360.
I uploaded Inventor files (.ipt .iam) to the Data panel by following the well documented procedures.
Files appears Ok in the Data panel 

But when I double click on them, they only open in a browser window in a viewer .Even when I click the browser button "Open in Desktop" nothing append.

I have been searching all the forums for a solution but without success.

Importing .ipt format is not supported for Personal license. Pls go to the below link and scroll down.
