Internet browser logging off when accessing the forums?

Apologies to post here - I failed to find an appropriate forum...

 

Could someone advise in this, please?

 

Last few months, whenever accessing any of the Fusion 360 forums, both my internet browsers (Edge / Chrome) begin with "signing me out" of the forums. I then redo the login & click the checkmark to stay on. As a result, I'm good for the rest of the day.

 

When accessing the same forum the next day - I'm signed out again.

 

I can't understand, why the forums are signing me out like this, every day.  It's from the last few months - is this a setting, I need to change somewhere, maybe?

This has been going on for a looong time. There's a community feedback thread where this comes up every couple weeks but the team responsible for the forum refuses to engage on it. We've posted logs, offered to help reproduce it. Nothing. Another glaring bug that would be fixed at any other company. 

 

FWIW, it's not actually logging you out. It appears to be some kind of race condition. If you follow the link again, it will often just let you through.

Hope this bug gets solved, though: I fully agree, this shouldn't be happening...

Hi... we share your frustration with this issue.  Our team has been banging heads against a brick wall, trying to figure out the cause for this.  I know it probably doesn't mean much, but we talk about this almost daily and really are trying to solve it.

Many of us hit this on the daily. There must be some way to instrument up an instance so they can track the problem down.

Hi Chris,

 

Just to let you know - you never know how software bugs work, after all....

 

After signing on in the forum, as I did earlier today, when shutting down & restarting the PC the same day (say, around an hour's shutdown) results in me getting signed off again. So, could the sign-off issue be related to something like an active session?
