Hi there,

This message (INTERNAL ERROR : !dbentapi.cpp@741 : eNullObjectId) pops up when every time I try to edit or create a Title Block in the Drawing workspace, after I close the window.
Does anyone encounter this ?

Hi @Marceliiin ,

We are very sorry to hear about this issue.

  • Do you see this issue persistent with all files or is it data specific issue?
  • Since we are not able to reproduce this issue in-house, a sample data file will help us to analyse the problem more precisely.

Thanks & regards

Hi,

You can share the file by right-clicking on the file in the Data Panel and choosing Share.

Can you try starting Fusion by right-clicking on the desktop icon and choosing Run as Administrator? Then try opening the file, etc. and see if it helps. Checking to see if this is a "rights" issue.

Here is the link : https://a360.co/365ySY2

I tried running it with administrator run, didn't change anything.

Hi @Marceliiin ,

Thank you for sharing the sample file.

In addition to the internal error issue, we also see another problem;

Adding a new sheet to the drawing file you shared, shows title block & canvas are not in sync...!

That indicates the drawing file is damaged..!

I am reporting this issue internally for tracking purpose.

Meanwhile, can you please try a clean installation and see if this issue still persists?

Thanks & regards
