Installing Fusion360 personal version on win 10 PC and keep getting permission error even when run as administrator

Please help me to install the personal version of Fusion 360.

error log attached.

Hi @light369 

Looks like uninstall process still running background. Please take below steps to see you can solve your issue.
1. uninstall Fusion 360 from add/remove programs if exist
2. remove %localappdata%\Autodesk\webdeploy folder manually (include all sub-folders)
3. Restart PC -- This is an important step for your case
4. Install Fusion 360.

Thanks all of you for helping.  I did expand on the suggestions.  I use PC file explorer search function to search for "Autodesk" in C drive. Then go to delete every one of the files or folders in the list.  Now the Fusion360 can be install with no issue.  Thanks again.
