After a fresh reinstall of F360 I installed the shaper plugin for the shaper handheld inc machine. The bundle is visible in my library but it does not appear in my interface. Any tips would be sincerely appreciated. MAC OS 10.11.6, Fusion 2.0.2803

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting! Just to check, did you download Shaper Utilities in this page and installed it but Shaper icon does not appear in the toolbar? If so, I think Shaper was not installed properly. Could you try uninstalling and re-installing it to see if that makes a difference? If that doesn't help, could you try reaching out to their support team at support@shapertools.com?

Also having this problem... I have even tried uninstalling and re-installing fusion still no joy.

Other add-ins appear to work. If it helps at all - when I install the shaper one the icon is different if I browse to the folder - where others are a "lego brick" type, the shaper one is just a normal blank page type icon

This is on mac btw.

Any ideas?

Anyone get an answer to this?  Just downloaded the Plugin but can't figure out how to get it to show up...

The plugin gets installed by default into

/Library/Containers/com.autodesk.mas.fusion360/Data/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins

while it should be into

/Users/USERNAME/Library/Containers/com.autodesk.mas.fusion360/Data/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins

Just manually move it to the right location and it'll work!

Has there been an answer on the Windows location for the Shaper plugin?

Thanks,
