Along with the [Errno 13] Permission denied error you mentioned, I found some instances of the following in your installation log files: [WinError 10060] Impossibile stabilire la connessione.
Some suggestions on how to deal with these installation issues are listed in the following knowledge articles:
To sum them up, I would suggest the following:
- Perform a clean uninstall of Fusion 360 with our Fusion 360 Cleaner to make sure no remainings of the previous installations are left (see this article)
- Make sure you are running the installer from a Windows Admin account or with Administrator rights (right-click on the Fusion 360 Installer Icon -> Run as Administrator)
- Make sure your local security settings and the network settings (Proxy Server, Firewall) are not blocking the Ports and Domains required by Fusion 360
- Temporarily disable your security software for the installation process.
