Installation not possible on Win7

Hello,

I have had a problem with solving a simulation in Fusion. I decided to un- and reinstall the program.

There was an issue with the Service Utility also. After then doing a manual unistall suggested in the help section and trying to install again, a error like with the Service Utility came up again. From a forum post here I gathered its because of missing some java scripts. I used the recommended solution and updated Internet Explorer (awkwardly).

Now the installer opens but says my OS doesnt meet the minimal requirements.

How can I get around this and use the software again? It was clearly working on my windows 7 until I had this error today...

Cheers

Windows 7 is a very old OS, and is not supported by Fusion. I'm guessing it's been a while since you updated Fusion?

I think it always updated automatically. Do you know if theres an older snapshot which still can be installed?

*   That may work, but not a new installation.

I dont have restore points enabled here. I want to try to install it in a VM and maybe I can port it to my OS manually as with the manual un-installation.
