The log file says that you computer log in lacks sufficient permissions to install.
PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/Users/nlpa1/Applications/Autodesk Fusion 360.app'
I would search the internet to find out how to assign your user account with sufficient rights. Restart your system, and run the installer again.
