After experiencing problems when attempting to render a model, I uninstalled Fusion 360, downloaded a fresh version, and attempted to re-install. However, I received an error saying that “Something went wrong” and it was unable to reinstall Fusion 360.

I downloaded the log file which was produced after the installation failed.

No, but I'm reading about it and downloading the utility.

Hi,

only with the tool you get a clean base for the reinstallation.

I downloaded the Fusion 360 Cleaner and ran it. After running it produced the massge that it completed successfully. However the log file it produced says otherwise.

How do I get phone support to fix my problem?

Your log file indicates you are having a Network Socket issue.  I have seen this solved by either restarting your internet router and/or connecting directly to the router with a network cable, getting off of Wi-Fi during installation.  Here is an Autodesk article mentioning Socket errors.
