Install on 10.15.7 Catalina

When I run the Install Autodesk Fusion 360.app I get an error:

The current version of your operating system no long supports this version of Fusion 360.  This is preventing you from installing.

The link for minimum requirements comes up empty but elsewhere and in the Log File it seems to indicate that I need macOS Catalina 10.15.7.  I am in fact running 10.15.7.  Nothing obvious shows up in security.  Installing as an Educator if that matters.  There is a file location in the log file that has nothing to do with my computer...  There is no user jenkins on my computer.  Is the installer looking there?
